Policy Brief – Strengthening employee protection through greater control over intermediaries

This policy brief draws on the cross-country survey, country reports, mapping exercises, national policy briefs and other publications prepared within the DignityFIRM project. It places migrant workers at the heart of the analysis and argues that strengthening control over labour intermediation is essential not only for protecting workers’ rights, but also for ensuring long-term food security, fair competition, and the credibility of EU labour market governance.
